Happy Monday!! It was a dream to photograph Sam’s senior portraits! This girl is so gorgeous and so natural, like shooting a model who is front of the camera all of the time. She made our job a breeze! I mean, look at those amazing curls!

Good Monday morning everybody! It is always such an honor when clients return for more photos, especially my couples! When Megan reached out to me about family photos, I was so excited! I always say it’s one thing to impress the bride, but it’s another to impress the family! So, when Megan’s whole family was up for portraits, I was so happy because I know that means that they loved the images from Megan and Aaron’s wedding too!
I shot Megan and Aaron’s wedding last summer and their engagement photos the year before! I absolutely love the relationships that I have with my clients. God has seriously blessed me by introducing me to some incredible families through this business. These family photos include Megan’s immediate family, with her parents and brothers and sister who I remember well from their wedding day, along with her sister’s sweet new baby girl, and her aunt and uncles and their beautiful children, and even her adorable grandparents (seriously, they are a d o r a b l e !)!

Good morning! I'm so excited to share Tanijah's senior portraits on the blog today. I had so much fun photographing this gorgeous and intelligent young lady.
I've said it before, but seniors are my favorite to photograph. I love learning about their dreams and their goals on how to achieve them. Photographing Tanijah was no different, and was even more special.
At first Tanijah seemed a little shy, but I quickly learned she has an incredible personality! I loved learning about her plans for the future. She told me she plans on attending Bowling Green in the fall and studying social work. When I asked her if anyone had inspired her, she smiled and said, "myself." And I instantly loved her.

Holy mackerel! It's MAY! How did we get to May 2018?? My 2018 seniors are graduating so soon, my busy season has officially begun. I am so excited, y'all!
Alright, guys. I just want to make this clear: I always want to be that photographer you go to when you want photos of your pups! I was SO EXCITED when Laura reached out for portraits, and the main reasoning behind these photos was to celebrate her and Steve's sweet beagle puppy Leila's first birthday!

Good morning, guys! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I am enjoying my off season so much! I was able to spend Saturday with my gal pals doing some shopping and then Andrew and I went on a very "Ali & Andrew" date around town: first to O'Charley's, then Marshall's, and we ended at Barnes and Noble!
I am so excited to share Leah's senior portraits with you all today! I love my seniors so much! I had so much fun with this girl, and she is so sweet! Her smiles is so contagious and her model face is absolutely amazing! I met Leah and her mom at the Book Loft and then we ended at Scioto Audubon! She was so easy to photograph and we had a gorgeous sunset to top off all the beauty!

Happy Friday! It's still freezing here in Ohio with single digit temperatures so I am loving sharing some of my spring sessions from 2017! It is helping me remember warmer days are right around the corner... kind of. Just a few more months!
Today I am sharing the Hessel family session! You guys... this family means so much to me. For a long while there was a piece of my heart that was missing. Many of you know my neighbor passed away a few years ago, a couple of months after I got married. She wasn't just a neighbor though. She was like a grandmother to me. We were extremely close. I was devastated, to say the least. I did not get to say goodbye to her - I was too busy, to selfish to see her. I thought she'd come home... but then she did go *home* and I struggled with that for so long. I felt her everywhere, I saw her in everything.
