Happy Wedding Wednesday! I shot my first wedding of the year a couple of weeks ago and I am so excited to be sharing Kelly & Vince’s gorgeous day on the blog this morning!
These two are so amazing. I love their laid-back style. Their wedding was absolutely incredible! Vince and Kelly were married at Jorgensen Farm’s new venue: Oak Grove. They were the second couple to be married here! And you guys, this place is gorgeous.
Kelly & Vince’s wedding ceremony took place in a green house! How cool is that? There was so much natural light coming in. The day began a bit chilly, but the building kept us warm. I loved watching Vince nearly lose it when he saw Kelly walking down the aisle. I think that was my favorite moment all day!
We had so much time for portraits and I am so thankful for that! We were able to use the entire grounds for portraits and this charming venue was so perfect for these beautiful newlyweds!
At the reception, friends and family were dancing the evening away, but I have to say, Kelly’s parents were the real stars on the dance floor! It’s no wonder they’ve been married for so many years… just take a look at the photos below. I loved watching them dance together.
We stepped out for some sunset portraits because the sunset was extraordinary that night! The sun popped through the clouds just in time. Guests were able to enjoy a fire pit outside as well as corn hole and giant jenga too!
Kelly and Vince gave out personal pies for their favors. Personal. Pies. You. Guys. And you know, I thought I had told you all my favorite part of the day, with Vince tearing up when he saw his bride, but truly my favorite part came when Kelly offered me an apple crumble pie to take home, because those are my favorite, and I could have cried!
Kelly and Vince, I’m still obsessing over you guys. Seriously. Thank you both so much for having me as your wedding photographer. Wishing you both a lifetime or love and happiness.
