We photographed Athena & Sean’s engagement photos and then their wedding photos a couple of years ago and were so excited when they reached out to let us know they were now expecting a baby boy! Growing with our clients is the absolute best.
Athena and Sean still live out of state, but they drove in to town Mother’s Day weekend to visit with their families who threw them a baby shower! They had such a whirlwind of a weekend and still woke up on Mother’s Day bright and early for a sunrise maternity session with us before heading back home.
It started off as a bit of a grey and dull morning, but these two brought the light and laughter for their photos and we ended up with both a glowing mom-to-be and glowy portraits, too!
Athena and Sean are choosing to honor both of their family’s cultures by giving their baby boy a Greek name and Chinese name. We know the first name and it is so special!! We are anxious to hear what they choose for his middle name!
While we won’t get to photograph their baby boy’s first moments since they are out of state, we can’t wait for them to bring him back to Ohio eventually! We know he’s going to be so stinkin’ cute and surrounded by so much love!
