Happy Wedding Wednesday! Today I am sharing Allyson & Frank’s Pinnacle Golf Club wedding photos. The navy, burgundy, and blush details of their day are so swoon-worthy! I love this Ohio Northern University love story!
Both the ceremony and the reception were at Pinnacle and it was so convenient because we didn’t need to travel between venues, which meant more time for photos! It was threatening rain on and off all afternoon, but it held off for photos and the cloud coverage gave us the most beautiful even light! If you remember their engagement photos, we worked with the rain then too despite the dark clouds and decided to go with it anyways!
Allyson and Frank did a first look and got nearly all of their wedding portraits knocked out before the ceremony! The only portraits we had left to take post-ceremony were family formals and sunset portraits, which went super fast and Allyson and Frank were able to go straight to their reception afterwards to enjoy the evening with their family and friends.
Their first look was so sweet. I loved how both of their faces lit up when they saw each other. Prior to their ceremony, they chose a bottle of wine and wrote letters to each other. During the ceremony, they placed these unread letters and the bottle of wine inside of a box that they sealed and will open on their fifth wedding anniversary. Oh, and Allyson and Frank had the cutest little ring bearers and flower girl to boot!
Allyson and Frank, thank you so much for choosing me as your wedding photographer. You two are so much fun (so much lololol at some of those bridal party photos!!) and were both absolutely stunning! I’m sharing just some of my favorites below because I had way too many! Hope you are having the best time ever honeymooning in Jamaica!!
