If you know Rob and Alyssa, you know that these two actually got married on Saturday!! Since Rob is in the Navy, we didn’t have the opportunity to do engagement photos until last week though, but we got them done! Guys, I LOVE these two!
Rob and Alyssa met three years ago while interning at The Ohio House of Representatives. A friendship soon turned into an incredible love story. Rob joined the Navy after graduating from college but that did not keep these two apart! Last Christmas, Rob had planned to propose at Park of Roses with all the stringy lights up, but the lights didn’t go up last year, so he and Alyssa went to Easton, where they took a romantic walk through the lights and when they got to the big Christmas tree, Rob got down on one knee!
Alyssa and Rob are undeniably in love. Taking their photos was so easy for me because they are so natural together. The way they look at each other, the way they touch each other, laugh at each other… it is clear these two were meant for each other.
Alyssa and Rob were married at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Grove City this past weekend and their reception was held at one of my favorite hidden gems, The Clocktower! I cannot wait to share their wedding images (so excited to share them here in a couple of weeks!!), but for now, enjoy their engagement photos at the Columbus Park of Roses!
