Ericka & Devon are expecting their little girl to make her big arrival this fall, and we had the best time photographing their bump session! Ericka and Devon met us in late July for their shoot, and Ericka wore a gorgeous emerald green dress to show off her little bump. Sadly, we were met with the craziest pop-up summer thunderstorm during our session. We took as many photos as we could before the skies got just a bit too dark for comfort, and we called the session off. We got in our cars just in time before it started pouring down rain! We met back up again in early August for a bare bump belly shoot to make up for the time we had missed during their first session. The weather in August gave us a phenomenal sunset during the August shoot, and we love how we ended up with two beautiful different looks all in the same location!
Ericka and I became fast friends during our college classes at Capital, and I have always admired her for being this driven, smart, kind, compassionate, gorgeous, wonderful human. College is also where Ericka and Devon met and fell in love. I am so excited to see them as parents, and I cannot wait for their follow-up newborn shoot as baby girl makes her entrance this fall!
