We’re back with a gorgeous wedding on the blog today. This day was long awaited due to the pandemic, so we were so excited for Erin & Kyle’s big day to finally arrive! Happy Wedding Wednesday!
When we arrived at the Columbus Sheraton hotel downtown, the girls and guys were getting ready in their separate suites. There was no mistaking the girls’ suite: bridesmaids’ belongings scattered across the room, the smell of hairspray in the air, and music playing in the background. I don’t even think we knocked!
Erin made an absolutely stunning bride in the most beautiful gown. Reactions from the father-of-the-bride, bridesmaids, and Kyle during first looks were all so perfect!
We shot portraits at the Ohio Statehouse, and if June 12, 2021, wasn’t the hottest day of the year, it had to have been close! We were extraordinarily grateful for not only the beautiful architecture, but mostly for that air conditioning!
Erin & Kyle were married at Holy Cross Church in downtown Columbus. Afterwards, everyone headed over to Via Vecchia for the reception!
It was so amazing to see the joy of this day for not only Erin & Kyle, but you felt in her father’s heartfelt toast, and in the bridesmaids sweetly falling tears, and in an entire room full of genuinely supportive family and friends.
Thank you for choosing us as your wedding photographers. It’s been incredible to capture your proposal, engagement, and your wedding day.
Shout out to our friends at Finer Things Event Planning & Dalay Ket Event Design for helping to make this day so perfectly planned and pretty.
