Happy FriYAY!! My first senior of 2019 is on the blog!! I was going to wait to share this session until next week, but today is so dreary, and these images remind me of the sunshine and dreamy light we had earlier this week. They brightened my day, and I hope they’ll brighten yours! I have to confess though, I was wearing a winter coat when these were shot on Monday, and sweet Amber’s teeth were chattering!! She took the cold like a champ though, and I am so glad she braved the chilly weather and ROCKED her senior session!
I was so excited when Amber’s mom reached out to me again for photos. Originally, I wasn’t available and I was super bummed, but these guys held out (whether on purpose or not) and I am so happy we were able to make it work! I shot Amber’s sister’s senior photos a couple of years ago. Do you remember Kaycie’s session? Kaycie did Amber’s makeup for her session! Just like her sister, Amber’s model face game is STRONG. Seriously I didn’t even have to prompt Amber to get these fierce looks.
We shot Amber’s session at Wagnall’s Memorial, one of my absolute favorite places! I always feel like I’m at Hogwart’s when I’m there. The librarians are the absolute best and there are always activities going on! If you’re in the area, you should definitely visit!
I loved that Amber brought along some of her favorite things to include in her session and that she loves PINK and MINT!! Two of my favorite colors and colors that compliment her so well!
Amber is actually graduating from PHSC this year! She is almost finished up with her senior year and she has been accepted and plans to attend Shawnee State. Amber’s mom was telling me she fought Amber’s gaming addiction hard but realized there was more to it. Amber had a passion for this. Shawnee State offers two gaming tracts: 1) art and animation, and 2) programming and engineering. Amber thinks she is going to go with the programming side!
Amber, thank you so much for allowing me to take your senior portraits! I had so much fun with you. You are gorgeous, girl! I can’t wait to see all that you accomplish in the future and where this path takes you!
Here are some of my favorite images from Amber’s senior session!
ps. Amber is celebrating her birthday this weekend! Make sure to wish her a happy birthday!! xo
